By the blessings of Sri Ramakrishna, Kalpataru day was celebrated with Spiritual fervour in Ramakrishna Math Ooty on January 1 2023 at the Ramakrishna Math premises in the Afternoon.
The Kalpataru day Programme started at 2.30 PM with Bhajans from a group from Adhigaratty and local devotees, which was continued with Meditation at 3.15 PM and Sri Ramakrishna Archanai at 3.30 PM. Srimat Swami Raghaveshananda gave a speech on the importance of Kalpataru day and explained about its significance and the story behind it from 3.45 PM. After the Speech, Arati was conducted and finally the programme ended with the devotees given sumptuous Prasad. Around 250 devotees participated in the function.
